Working with Stach Consulting, Edmonton Website Design was hired to design and develop a new website for Discovery Solutions Inc. Discovery Solutions develops ERP software solutions for the Canadian oilfield and are based in Calgary, AB.

The Challenge
A company website like this is always going to have its challenges. Originally, Discovery Solutions’ website was hosted and built on Wix. In an effort to make managing the website as easy as possible (yes, even easier than Wix) we decided to build their website on Webflow as it offers a visual editor and blog posting interface that will help streamline their online processes.
Discovery Solutions already had a recognizable brand and style that they were looking for which involved using their blue, grey and lots of white space. With that in mind we tried to ensure that the whitespace on the website would match the brand and offer a seamless web browsing experience for their customers.

The Results
In an effort to make the website modern, we added video background elements that are sure to catch the user’s eye. Upon entering the site you are greeted with an animation of a phone with the Discovery Solutions DMS ERP open to show that the app can be accessed via phone.
We also added many different animations to the site’s content to make it more visually appealing. Text fades in, parallax elements and floating boxes that react to your scroll. The best way to experience this is to scroll to the site! We can only explain so much.
In conclusion, we are extremely proud of the website that we built for Discovery Solutions. It has a modern feel to it, smooth animations and robust content & content management elements that are sure to make your browsing experience worthwhile.
